I could not be more excited to share that Marissa Ritchen, AIA, RA, NCARB is joining Kestrel Labs as Chief Industry Officer.
Marissa is a licensed architect with 15+ years of experience delivering complex projects across residential, commercial, and landmark work. She has held leadership roles at Electric Bowery, Ltd., Shawmut Design and Construction, and most recently at Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Interior Design, where she led high-profile residential projects.
She has deep experience working with planning agencies, landmarks commissions, and permitting authorities, and understands firsthand how regulatory constraints shape design decisions and timelines.
Marissa will lead industry engagement at Kestrel and help ensure our product reflects how architecture is practiced today.
You'll see her on the floor at our spring conference stops — including AECTechCon 2026 in St. Louis and AIA '26 in San Diego.
